The first high-speed railway round an island in the world, the “grid-shaped” tourist expressways and the comprehensive air transportation network have formed the transportation system in Hainan, which integrates sea, land and air transportation as a whole. The 2nd Hainan World Leisure Tourism Expo will serve as the exhibition at the opening of Hainan International Tourism Island Carnival, the symbolic tourist festival, as well as the comprehensive international tourism exhibition specially created by our province. based on Hainan, influencing the whole country and facing the world, the exhibition fully showcases the achievements of the construction of the Hainan International Tourism Island and the whole-territory tourism demonstration province, as well as the resources and products of the domestic and foreign leisure tourism. All activities of the Expo will be undertaken by the professional tourism, exhibition & convention company, which will attract more efficient buyers, professional audience and the public, and promote the exchanges and interaction between international and domestic participants and between buyers and audience. The 2nd Hainan World Leisure Tourism Expo will tremendously increase the scope and number of publicity media. More professional media will assist to enhance the awareness of the exhibition brand, and the more extensive participation of media will attract more efficient buyers, professional audience and mass to the event. In the publicity plan, we will launch the advertisements accurately with respect to the habitual channels from which the audience of different ages obtains information. The outbound tourism market of China gradually shows the multi-level development. China boasts a vast territory, resulting in the big differences between the life and consumption habits in the south and north as well as the east and west areas. based on the product features to be promoted by the international and domestic exhibitors, the Expo will invite effective international buyers. This is the work we frequently research and analysis all the year round. In addition, on the basis of the results thereof, we suggest that the Expo invite the effective domestic buyers, namely (1) The featured and profound tourist products include leisure holidays, medical tourism, study-tour tourism, leisure sports and tourism, winter sports, tourist products and shopping tourism, etc.; (2) The effective buyers invited from the tier-2 and 3 cities for all kinds of tourist destinations; (3) inviting effective buyers as per the requirements of the international exhibitors and the consumption habits of the masses in part of the areas in China.
